    Executive coaching is a close confidential relationship between the client and I. This relationship serves to support the client as they develop a deeper self awareness and understanding of their current competencies -these may include; areas for development, how they are perceived by others, clarifying short and long term goals, potential blindspots and communication strategies.

    This proprietary process was developed to accelerate effectiveness and shorten the time to value for new leaders, either internal selections or external placements. I have provided New Leader Integration for leaders within a wide variety of industries, business size and ownership models. This process is not only valuable to the new leader, it additionally serves as a high level organizational diagnostic tool for the leadership team overall.
